1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. International shipping to the United States and European Union countries will be available soon — stay tuned!

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Please allow additional time for custom or made-to-order items.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, strikes, or seasonal volume.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Currently, all orders are domestic (UK), so no customs fees apply. When international shipping becomes available, customers will be responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at scalesceneryandfigures@3dscales.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
