🧍 Section 21 – 3D Scanning Model Consent & Intellectual Property

Model Consent & Release

Any personally commissioned 3D body scan meshes, prints, or images will not be merchandised, distributed, shared, or displayed without your explicit written consent via a signed Model Release Form.

Individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must also sign the Model Release Form.

Intellectual Property Rights

All submitted 3D designs and scan commissions remain your exclusive intellectual property, unless you explicitly grant 3D Scales LTD the right to distribute, publish, or share your designs or images.
